Dark Tech Solution provides web hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, cloud hosting, domain registration, email hosting, and related services ("Services").

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Keep your password secure and confidential

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts may not be transferred without our written consent.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Host, distribute, or transmit illegal content, including child exploitation material

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in phishing

• Conduct distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks

• Mine cryptocurrency without explicit written permission

• Host malware, viruses, or other malicious code

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

• Services are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at purchase

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

• Accounts with overdue balances may be suspended after 7 days

• Accounts suspended for non-payment may be terminated after 30 days, resulting in permanent data loss

We guarantee the following uptime for our services:

• Dedicated Servers: 99.99% monthly uptime

If we fail to meet these guarantees, you may request service credits. Credits are calculated as a percentage of your monthly fee proportional to the downtime. Credits are your sole remedy for service outages.

While we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of all data hosted on our servers.

• We perform daily backups on shared and WordPress hosting plans

• Backups are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed

• We are not liable for any data loss, regardless of cause

• You should maintain independent backups of all critical data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our servers. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Dark Tech Solution's trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names are the exclusive property of Dark Tech Solution. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DARK TECH SOLUTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your account at any time through the control panel or by contacting support

• We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms with or without notice

• Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately

• We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
